Leader Advantage Circle – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Welcome to the Leader Advantage Circle (“the Circle”), a membership program offered by Danielle Abbott Coaching LLC DBA The Abbott Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the Circle, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Membership Access

  • As a Founding Members access begins on October 1st. 

  • Monthly subscription: for founding members is $49/month (unless you’ve opted into the annual plan in which it is $500 annually).

  • Annual subscription: Members may choose to pay annually at a discounted rate. Annual payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Founding Member benefits include early access to resources, discounted pricing locked in as long as your membership remains active, and access to new content as it is released.

  • Members who join the program after January 1st, 2026 will be at the non founding member rate of $99 per month, or $1000 Annually. 

2. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed automatically via the payment method provided at checkout.

  • Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month.

  • Annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • If payment fails, we may pause or cancel your access until billing is resolved.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at danielle@theabbottadvantage.com.

  • Monthly memberships will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the paid term.

  • Cancellation requests need to be sent 48 hours before the next billing cycle. 

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided in the Circle (workshops, templates, recordings, documents, etc.) are the intellectual property of Danielle Abbott Coaching LLC, DBA The Abbott Advantage.

  • Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these resources for your own professional development.

  • You may not share, sell, or distribute Circle content without prior written permission.

5. Member Conduct

  • The Circle is designed to be a supportive, safe learning community.

  • Members are expected to engage respectfully in discussions, group coaching, and community spaces.

  • We reserve the right to remove members for disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate conduct without refund.

6. Technology & Support

  • Access to the Circle is hosted through our membership platform.

  • Technical support is available by contacting Danielle@theabbottadvantage.com

  • We are not responsible for disruptions due to third-party platforms, internet outages, or technical failures outside our control.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy. Information you provide will only be used for membership management, communications, and program improvement.

  • We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

8. Program Changes

  • We may update, expand, or adjust the Circle’s offerings at any time to enhance member value.

  • Pricing for Founding Members is locked as long as membership remains continuous. If you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Circle is a professional development program. Results will vary based on your participation and application of the materials.

  • Danielle Abbott Coaching LLC, DBA Abbott Advantage  is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your participation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your enrollment and accessing the Circle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
